Force Majeure Policy

  • Definition of Force Majeure: EZ Boat is not liable for any delays, disruptions, or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Examples include:
     
    • Natural disasters such as hurricanes, floods, or earthquakes.
    • Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest.
    • Government actions, regulatory changes, or legal restrictions.
    • Technical failures, such as power outages, internet disruptions, or cyberattacks.

 

  • Platform Restoration: EZ Boat will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly following a Force Majeure event but cannot guarantee specific timelines or outcomes.
