- EZ Boat's Right to Terminate: EZ Boat reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms of Service or engagement in activities deemed harmful, unsafe, illegal, or otherwise detrimental to the platform or its community.
- Examples of Violations: Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
- Fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
- Repeated negative feedback from other Users.
- Failure to comply with platform policies, including safety, compliance, and payment obligations.
Termination by the User
- User-Initiated Termination: Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting EZ Boat support or utilizing the account deletion feature on the platform.
- Ongoing Obligations: Termination of an account does not absolve the User of responsibilities or obligations incurred prior to termination, including:
- Payment of outstanding fees or charges.
- Resolution of disputes initiated before account termination.
Effects of Termination
- Loss of Access: Upon termination, Users will lose access to their account, including any saved information, listings, and transactions.
- No Refunds: Unless otherwise specified, Users are not entitled to refunds for fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
